**About You**:
You are passionate about fitness, patient and cool under pressure with relevant customer service experience.

You are comfortable on the phone, having a chat at the desk and are always looking for new ways to engage with those around you.

You are curious and love to learn about people so that you can get them started on their fitness journey, or keep them excited & motivated.

You are comfortable communicating at all levels, and have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.

You will be the first point of contact for new & existing clients coming into our gym, so it’s important you are friendly, approachable & conduct yourself with professionalism, at all times.

You have an interest in the importance of a healthy lifestyle, we don't need you to be an athlete, just be able to promote your values to our members.

**About the Role & Key Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities in this role will be to help our members with their enquiries, sell new memberships & ensure our facilities are 100% maintained and tidy.
- You will respond to all client enquiries, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high attention to detail is a must, whilst performing administrative duties and maintaining accurate customer information on our membership database,
- You love and embrace technology and systems to utilise them to their full extent.
- Assist with the organisation of our events and other initiatives
- Driving the entire sales process, from outreach, to lead generation, to appointments, managing walk-ins and processing the joining up process for each new member;
- You will be the main point of contact for all members to ensure their membership and experience with us is outstanding at all times;
- Oversee the day to day running of the gym and general housekeeping

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a Fitness and/or Sales role
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Exceptional sales drive and skill;
- Excellent people management and leadership capability;
- Outstanding written and oral communication;
- Exceptional organisational ability and experience;
- Ability to multi-task consistently;
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge of G Suite, as well as a First Aid and CPR Certification will be highly regarded.

**Base Hours**:
Must be available to work afternoons on weekdays & on Saturday mornings

Below is the schedule that we are looking to fill, however there may be room to negotiate days / hours around your current commitments.
- Tuesday 8:30am - 11:30am
- Wednesday 4:00pm - 7:15pm
- Thursday 4:00pm - 7:15pm
- Friday 8:30am - 12:00pm
- Saturday 7:15am - 11:15am
