**About the Role**

If you’re looking for an opportunity to make your mark in the world of education and training, then this could be the perfect role for you Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with our Frankston based team on driving performance and customer service while building connections and partnerships within the local community. We are totally focused on developing and growing as a business so we can achieve the best possible outcomes for our students. Other responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the General Manager to implement a business plan and carry out strategic directions and organisational objectives
- Promoting BRACE and developing partnerships with key employers and other stakeholders in the community
- Representing BRACE at various expos, forums, and networking events to develop and maintain effective and appropriate networks that translate into increased business
- Facilitating information sessions that inform prospective students, jobseekers, employers, and clients of our services
- Overseeing a small team, supporting them to achieve their goals and helping them to deliver quality training to our students
- Monitoring the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for completion and work with teams to address all anomalies.

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience working within a RTO - comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements including training/assessment practices, procedures and systems
- 3+ years’ working in a customer focused, business development environment
- Networking is your thing You enjoy connecting with others and creating new business opportunities
- Previous leadership experience e
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher in adult education (essential)
- In depth understanding of ASQA Standards for RTO’s and ACSF frameworks and requirements
- Demonstrated financial capability to manage outcomes to an assigned budget whilst still meeting business’ needs

**Additional requirements**:

- Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights
- A current **Working with Children Check** and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check/Yellow Card, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful. We will reimburse you the cost of these checks on commencing
- Willingness to undertake a** "Fit2Work" Police Check**
