**What you'll be doing**

The SmartChain Change Implementation Lead will deliver change management activities to support the implementation of SmartChain solution/systems across various Local Health Districts.

This role will be responsible for stakeholder management, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organisational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available.

**This is a temporary full time position until 31 December 2024 with the possibility of an extension.**

**Selection Criteria**
- Proven achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex service industry organisation, this will also include relevant change management qualifications or equivalent experience with various change management methodologies.
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, undertaking impact assessments and change readiness analysis with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups, expertise in improving the program understanding and objectives and leading the commitment change through collaborative approach.
- Analytical skills to interpret information and make informed decisions to achieve outcomes.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing timelines and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, written and oral communication skills.
