**The Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our high-performing Administration Team.

This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to manage the preparation and maintenance of wholesale and retail finance documentation in accordance with PACCAR Financial Pty Ltd’s policies & procedures

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurate and timely document preparation, loan settlements and maintenance
- Exceptional customer service in person and over the phone to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to juggle multi tasks and prioritise
- Banking, invoicing, contract maintenance, insurance, and PPSR registration maintenance

**About you**
- Previous demonstrated asset finance or banking experience is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated willingness to adapt to different situations and tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Polite and concise phone manner
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment and independently
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet use are essential (Training will be provided for in-house systems)
