We are hiring a Sales Financial Analyst in our Sydney office, hybrid role: 2-3 days a week onsite,

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end process of Sales Performance reporting which includes annual sales compensation planning, sales quota setting, and monthly sales performance reporting and analysis
- Act as a Point of Contact for all sales performance and sales compensation related information, reports, and queries. Key responsibilities include providing thorough and timely answers to Finance, HR, Global Sales Team, and external auditors.
- Responsibility for partnering with and educating global sales employees on sales compensation initiatives, including collaborating with teams across the business to ensure alignment and understanding of compensation initiatives and objectives.
- Collect, organize, and analyze a significant amount of sales order and billing data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate monthly sales performance calculations, distribution of sales performance statements for global sales employees and preparation of month end accounting accrual.
- Take ownership in ensuring compliance to governance processes with the ability to identify opportunities that are appropriate for escalation into region and or domain leaders and supporting that process.
- Continuously provide inputs where needed and identify gaps in process and policies.
- Continuously look for new ways in improving and optimising somewhat manual processes and procedures, being systems and technology savvy leveraging tools to optimise workflows and user experience
- Draw upon strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior leaders with the ability to influence decision making and manage dispute resolution
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications & Experience
- 2-5 years analyst experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft excel
- Ability to establish and build relationships across all levels of an organization; particularly with field sales and senior leaders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; detailed-oriented, analytical, assertive, values confidentiality strives for accuracy
- Strong ownership, initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to influence, negotiate, guide, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve joint objectives
- Passionate about working with data, dive deep, and be excited about collaborating with Global Sales Team, Sales Operations and Corporate Finance team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours within the region and globally in line with the needs of an international company
- Experience in process improvement and change management desirable
- Relevant bachelors degree
