**About the role**:
This role has accountability for supporting the Online Category team in growing profitable category sales and improving the online customer experience. They focus on curation of online range to improve Customer Facing Availability and executing the customer-centric category strategy.

**You will**:

- Be responsible for development and execution of the customer centric range curation strategy.
- Lead cross functional and end to end program of work to support improved online availability.
- Have extensive stakeholder management experience and work with a variety of cross functional teams and project such as but not limited to - Range and Space teams (both central and BU), merchandise teams including:

- Category Managers
- Supply Chain
- Operations and Stores

**You have**:

- Experience with range Curation - Using detailed customer analytics and insights, customer decision tree, category and competitor insights to curate optimum online range protecting fulfillment in all channels (including Ocado) whist growing sales and market share.
- Ability to leverage sales and availability data to Inform and influence BU range reviews in key online categories to ensure the outcomes are omnichannel. (Attending kick off and GM signoff meetings)
- You will work closely with Online Operations team, Lead a fully cross functional, end to end program of work to identify root causes of poor customer facing availability with prioritised and agreed actions
- Liaise with network planning and renewal teams on future store upgrades/developments to ensure floor plans are optimised for online
- Input into supplier JBP planning and execution of availability metrics/measures to build long term collaborative partnerships
- Champion system requirements to improve customer facing availability - SME for merch team to attend discovery and assist in development/testing with search, engineering, Web and App teams
