**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering high-quality recruitment consultancy and services
- Maintaining an up-to-date database with our innovative CRM system
- General administrative tasks duties
- Phone screening
- On-call responsibilities
- Assist with Payroll and Invoicing via CRM and Xero accounting system

**Skills and experience**
- Be outgoing and professional
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly motivated and show initiative
- Able to work as part of a team, but also independently
- Must demonstrate attention to detail
- Have excellent computer and administration skills including competency with Microsoft Office programs
- As a multifaceted role, the ability to learn quickly is essential.
- Xero accounting software experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry will be highly regarded
- Support and ongoing training provided, with regular teaching sessions
- Previous administration experience is essential

Recent graduates in Human Resources or similar are encouraged to apply. Nursing background or recruitment experience will be highly regarded.

Must be an Australian citizen or have appropriate work visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
