- Well regarded medical practice is seeking Medical Receptionist to join their team working 3 days per week providing excellent customer service to patients.
- You will enjoy a variety of tasks, as well as support an Administration team and Practice Manager with office and business support duties.**Key responsibilities**:

- All reception duties
- Greeting Patients in person and on the phone in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Taking payments and processing Medicare billings
- General Administration and office support
- Completing ad hoc duties where required in the practice

**Key Criteria**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar environment
- Medical software skills and experience
- Positive, professional and energetic team player
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail and well organised
- Superior communication and problem solving skills
- Flexible on days and hours worked
