**Our clients in various industries are currently looking for pro-active, enthusiastic Receptionists and Administration Assistants.**

**ABOUT THE ROLES**
These permanent, full-time roles are key customer facing and support positions. The successful applicants will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills enabling them to effectively support internal as well as external clients.

**The main responsibilities of these roles include**:

- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude and attentive customer service approach.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage various conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Provide administrative support incl. data entry, system maintenance, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, binding, shredding, and keeping the reception area neat and tidy.
- Use own knowledge of MS Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as various inhouse software systems as required.
- Support engagement activities incl. internal and external functions, events, booking rooms, managing catering and office orders as required.
- Actively support and build solid, long-term relationships with various internal as well as external stakeholders, while representing the organisational values and brand.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate II or III in Business Administration and relevant qualifications highly regarded. is
- At least 1+ year of customer service and/or experience in business or administration.
- Proficient knowledge of the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to various audiences and work with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, as well as independently.
- Ability to problem solve and manage conflicting priorities with strong time management skills.
- High attention to detail with precise data entry skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to take direction and work under pressure.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
