_**MUST HAVE MENTAL HEALTH TRAINING & EXPERIENCE**_

We are seeking kind Support Workers with mental health experience to assist a male participant supported on a 24/7 basis.

Our Participant has very recently turned 18 and has psychosocial disabilities.

The Support Worker will need to be relatable, consistent, reliable, resilient and have the ability to guide and mentor.
- **Current Shift Times**:_
- 7am - 4pm
- 4pm - 7am_(inactive sleepover)_

- **Our Participant's will need you to assist them with**:_
- Activities of daily living.
- Community and social engagement.
- All aspects of support physically & emotionally and on an individual needs basis.

- A genuine passion for working alongside individuals and their families to foster a positive and long-lasting relationship.
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to support clients needs based on individual circumstances.
- A good sense of humour.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
