**About the role**:
Our wonderful Client is looking for an awesome Disability Support Worker to join their team.

Our Client loves the outdoors, being physically active, sports and exploring new activities. Our Client also enjoys learning via pulling things apart and putting them back together again. A shared interest would be a wonderful bonus so that you have some common ground with our Client.

The shifts available will be a weekly Tuesday or Wednesday evening and a Saturday daytime shift approximately once a month with the possibility to pick up other shifts.

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.

- **Your key responsibilities & accountabilities **_
- To deliver high quality support to our Clients in the capacity they require, the exact way they would like it delivered
- Communicate effectively and collaborate for our Clients needs with our Clients, team & Support Specialist
- Understand, follow instructions, and be responsive to our Clients needs
- Provide support to our Clients as required
- Have good rapport building skills and a gentle, encouraging manner
- Be reliable and flexible to fill shifts when required
- Have an interest in building a respectful relationship with our Clients
- To support our Clients to achieve their NDIS Goals
- **To be Successful you must **_
- Resonate with the role description above
- Hold NDIS worker screening or yellow card (or willingness to obtain)
- Hold or be willing to obtain a blue card
- Have evidence of eligibility and right to work in Australia
- Have a genuine desire to positively change people's lives
- Have a clean, reliable, registered car with full comprehensive insurance.
- Hold a valid driver's license.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $39.99 per hour

- Disability Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Police check (preferred)
- Australian Open Drivers License (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
