We currently have an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our cohesive and supportive team as a Commercial Sales Representative. Servicing clients in North Brisbane, this full time permanent opportunity will see you report directly to the SEQ Sales Manager.

As the Commercial Sales Representative, you will grow the sales portfolio for the commercial business through proactive and professional account management and the delivery of integrated offers to targeted customer accounts in the metropolitan area.

You will also continue to develop and maintain existing customer relationships by offering practical solutions that ensure customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market.

You will be rewarded with an attractive salary package including fully maintained company vehicle, and mobile phone.

**Responsibilities**
- Grow existing relationships with key businesses in the territory
- Maintain a build strong relationships with a customer base of 100
- Identify potential new business opportunities by cold calling and following up leads within your market
- Thorough understanding of technical and practical product knowledge
- Ensure safety, health and environment standards are maintained

**What you will need to succeed**
- Proven work experience as a Commercial Sales Representative, Key Account Manager or relevant experience
- Proven sales experience preferably within the building and construction industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all levels of the business
- Confidence and self-motivation to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to quickly and effectively develop technical and industry competency in our products
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate
