The role involves handling claims and queries related to suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, with the goal of investigating and remediating fraud related matters.

As a member of a high-performing team, you will be responsible for investigating claims of identity theft, allegations of fraud and halt any adverse/fraudulent activations and rectify customer issues

**Your day in the life of a Fraud Risk Analyst** **at Optus**
- Utilise your strong fraud and/or credit assessment skills and conduct an effective investigation, into allegations of fraudulent activity
- Manage end to end case remediation for claims of identity theft or identity takeover
- Support the Complex Investigations & Usage Fraud teams

**Your skills to pay the bills**
- Ability to complete fraud risk evaluation accurately and efficiently, ensuring best business practices are applied and followed
- Telecommunications or Banking experience within a fraud operations, credit or investigations team
- A sound understanding of telecommunications products
- Experience with credit management initiatives, processes and systems
- Strong reporting, tracking and trending skills
