**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Marketing Manager who will thrive developing personalised and rewarding marketing journeys. You will manage a range of strategic and operational activities including: marketing, communications, media and public relations, website, events and student recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Faculty General Manager the Marketing Manager will lead a team of dedicated staff to achievement of the Faculty’s strategic priorities.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- The ability to develop and motivate a high-performance team
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills, with experience allocating resources and meeting deadlines in a large, complex organisation
- The ability to build successful relationships, influence and negotiate at senior levels
- Experience developing and managing marketing, communications and student recruitment programs
