**About you**:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
- Certification in agile delivery (highly desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agile delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of leading an agile team.
- Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with capability and resource management.
- Proven experience in change management (both technical and non-technical) and building competencies that grow the capacity to deal with change more effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
- Work collaboratively and constructively across peers to build trust, break down silos, discuss issues, resolve problems, and build constructive peer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Digital and Technology and the wider business, encouraging a culture of working together as one WorkCover team.
