About you:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications.
  • Certification in agile delivery (highly desirable).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in agile delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years of leading an agile team.
  • Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with capability and resource management.
  • Proven experience in change management (both technical and nontechnical) and building competencies that grow the capacity to deal with change more effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Work collaboratively and constructively across peers to build trust, break down silos, discuss issues, resolve problems, and build constructive peer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Digital and Technology and the wider business, encouraging a culture of working together as one WorkCover team.
