Uber for Business is growing exponentially, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time.

You’ll work closely with the other BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Operations, etc, to increase Uber for Business revenue by acquiring private & public sector customers in Australia and New Zealand.

We need a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we’re looking for an all-rounder with the ability to sell holistically across an organisation with passion, poise and hustle.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Lead Qualification - Determine which prospective customers are most likely to purchase the organization's product/service, using a lead specific qualification framework
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
