**The Organisation**

Our client, a leading higher education institution in Australia, are seeking an experienced Procurement/Service Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and transactional support to staff and students. **Key Responsibilities**

As part of Procurement Operations, you will be the first point of contact for UniBuy Desk related queries. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Provide transactional support and advice, ensuring enquiries are handled accurately and within agreed service timeframes.
- Utilise knowledge base articles and reference materials to resolve transactions effectively.
- Raise tickets for unresolved enquiries and escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Proactively identify and participate in continual improvement initiatives within the Procurement Operations team.
- Interpret Finance & Procurement policies and guidelines to provide accurate advice to customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the institution to ensure effective service delivery and foster a culture of collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information empathetically to individuals at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize workloads, work independently, and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in using online systems, including UniBuy and Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with incident logging systems like ServiceNow is advantageous.
