Corporate Receptionist

We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be our first point of contact for our clients and employees in our Brisbane office.

**Our role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join our Office and Client Services team. Reporting to the Office and Client Services Manager, you will be the first port of call for our valued clients, visitors and team in our Brisbane office.
Key to this role is providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, including responsibility for:
- greeting clients in a warm and professional manner on arrival;
- answering calls promptly and managing the switchboard operation;
- managing meeting room bookings and servicing rooms;
- preparing coffees and other beverages;
- ordering catering and assisting with event setups when required;
- ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times;
- managing stock levels for executive and staff kitchens; and
- other administration duties as required
**About you**
We are looking for someone who understands how to provide that ‘next level’ customer service and has held a similar position in a professional services or ideally, in a tourism or hospitality environment. Having experience working 'front of house' would be advantageous. You will be a team player, well presented and have strong interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to manage the demands of a busy role including high levels of organisation and efficiency and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- We are looking for someone with a strong sense of proactivity and curiosity to always deliver high levels of service. Experience using Microsoft Office is also essential and experience using digital phone consoles will be highly regarded. You will have availability to cover 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with some afterhours work required. We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities available.**About us**
