Join us as a **BMT Planning Supervisor** where you will be part of a semi-autonomous multi-skilled Brisbane Multi-Modal Terminal (BMT) team performing a variety of freight logistic tasks within a safe, efficient and customer focused operation.

You will work with the team to plan the rail and yard workspace, developing processes and delivering new ways of planning that support the BMT and help the team to deliver.

- You are analytical, can identify trends and patterns with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- You can juggle and effectively prioritise multiple tasks.
- You are experienced working across multiple systems and can produce prompt and accurate operational reports.
- You have a health and safety mindset, a natural team player with great communication skills.
- You have an understanding of risk and compliance and the ability to comply with the appropriate governance regarding all port operations systems and standards.
- You’re comfortable working a rotating roster (working across Monday - Saturday).
