**About the role at Ampol**

Reporting to the Merchandise Systems Manager, the Systems and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end master data administration, including data review, issue diagnosis and improvement focus within the Retail Merchandise function of Ampol. You will govern conformity to master data processes and policy, as well as be comfortable to challenge discrepancies and improvements. Vital function of this role is to produce and distribute key Merchandise reports and be capable of conveying any relevant insights.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions
- Data Management and Visualization - Create and maintain the organization’s Business Intelligence tools, and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders
- Data Cleaning and Preparation - Extract and clean data ready to use in analysis or to users
