**The Company**

Outcross Systems is Australia's leading provider of technology solutions to the livestock sector, servicing over 2000 Producers, Agencies and Saleyards. Their software helps manage the end-to-end data collection and transaction management involved in one of Australia's most significant agricultural industry sectors.

**The Opportunity**

Outcross Systems is embarking on an exciting phase of development to renew their technology platform and products. Our client is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience, and to support this goal, they are seeking to expand their customer service and support team.

We are seeking an individual who possesses a versatile combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to the ever-changing needs of a dynamic business environment.

**To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Successful completion of undergraduate degree in IT, Commerce or related discipline.
- Minimum two years of customer service or customer support experience.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of, and a keen interest in, the technology landscape, including software solutions, hosted environments, database management, networking, and hardware configuration.
- Demonstrate previous experience utilising office systems like Microsoft Office or similar business process systems such as Customer Relationship Management.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in phone conversations and written correspondence.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The aptitude to quickly grasp and comprehend new technology and custom software solutions.
- Effective personal organization and time management skills.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience or knowledge of the cattle and sheep livestock or saleyard industries would be highly advantageous.
