**About the role at Futurerent**

We are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals to join at the ground level of a rapidly growing world class team. As part of the Futurerent team you will be involved in many aspects of this growing team as we evolve and create a new category that fuses financial technology and residential property investment. This unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and contribute to a game-changing Australia start-up. You will also have a passion for startups and fintech and an obsession with helping our clients achieve their dreams.

**You will**
- Learn from a highly experienced team, who will provide mentorship, coaching and growth opportunities
- Develop your soft and hard skills in a fast-paced environment
- Be part of a tight-knit team working cross functionally to achieve rapid growth
- Hone your problem solving skills in a cutting-edge fintech
- Managing relationships with both internal (cross functional) and external stakeholders (customers) to drive outcomes
- General operational support with the wider team
- Engage in transaction management and operational processes involving approving, onboarding and signing agreements with new clients
- Work closely with engineering, automation, communication, sales and product to improve the users experience
- Work collaboratively to develop, test and optimise operational processes

**Seniority**

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement - Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers
- Pipeline Management - Prioritize and maintain pipeline while owning the sales cycle from discovery to close, in order to meet targets and goals
