About the Opportunity
In this role, you will part of a collaborative and supportive sales team where you will provide daily administrative support for our National Sales Manager and Sales Director.You'll also be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships within a designated client portfolio. From engaging with large food corporations to supporting small family-run businesses, you'll gain valuable experience understanding unique needs and creating pathways for success. You'll ensure client satisfaction and seamless order delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and National Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base.
- Act as the primary contact for your assigned client portfolio, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing updates, and gathering feedback regularly.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal technical resources where required.
- Maintain customer forecasts to ensure purchase plans are aligned with customer demand.
- Prepare scheduled reporting on account status.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products based on client needs and market trends.

- Proven track record of minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or account management ideally within the bulk food products or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
