**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Marketing Coordinator **within our CSG marketing team.
- Work with the team to identify and coordinate key events for areas of focus with the purpose of driving new customers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and implement the CSG annual event calendar that align to the business objectives
- Coordinating and delivering all marketing requirements for events, managing inputs from all stakeholders so events are planned and delivered on-time
- Coordinating and delivering all requirements for signage, managing inputs from all stakeholders and working closely with vendors
- Supporting social media management, enabling customer engagement and growth of our social networks.
- Providing performance reporting aligned to KPIs
- Collaborating with the wider marketing and CSG team, coordinating all ad hoc
marketing requests, aligned to wider content, brand, digital and marketing
- Working to deadlines and key performance indicators.

**What will you bring**:

- 2+ years’ experience in similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing or
Communications.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer centric, commercial or competitive market environment and a track record of working to KPIs and targets.
- Demonstrated experience in delivery tactical marketing activities and coordinating events.
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills.
