**Job Description**:
As a Social Media Marketing Coordinator at Living the Dream Online Marketing Group, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and the managing of a content creator. If you are passionate about social media, have a knack for leadership, and are eager to drive our brand's success in the digital landscape, this role is an ideal fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
- Create and oversee the scheduling of content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and continuously optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and incorporate best practices into social media efforts.
- Collaborate with the content creator to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing social media for businesses or organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and an eye for visual content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
