A little bit about the role

Fixed Term, full-time contract for 9 months, optional locations (Bokarina or Cannon Hill - travel occasionally required)

  • Drive awareness and growth of CSG brand and services through effective marketing strategies.
  • Deliver a business partnering approach for CSG leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee advertising, research, product, and promotional activity, in line with agreed timeframes and budget/forecast.
  • Oversee content strategy, including sourcing content ideas, content capture, and leveraging content for use across multiple paid and unpaid channels.
  • Oversee CSG social media channels, including community management.
  • Coordinate all promotional activities and manage inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform customer behaviour as well as campaign performance.

What will you bring:

Minimum of 5-7 years relevant marketing experience.

  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Experience with all aspects of marketing and planning, including large scale advertising campaigns, media, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research.
  • Experience in content development with strong copywriting skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate data for performance and business improvement.
