**People and Culture Advisor**
**Part Time Salary (Three days per week)**
**Topgolf, Oxenford, Gold Coast**

**The opportunity**:
This role works closely with the Topgolf Director of Operations and will oversee all recruitment and retention strategies, induction and training, performance management and employee relations advice to Supervisors and Managers.

**Your day to day**:

- Have a proven understanding, with the ability to interpret the AER Award
- Recruit, onboard, induct and train employees within the VRTP Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development frameworks.
- Ensure systems, process and practices are in place to enable team members to effectively discharge their roles.
- Provide timely advice to managers and supervisors with proven experience in managing performance issues and investigation processes.
- Support the business with their recruitment needs including preparing targeting job advertisements, facilitating interviews, pre-employment checks and preparing contracts.
- Assist with the preparation of team member action forms for Payroll and other employment conditions changes.
- Assist L&D with organising and facilitating inductions and training courses as required.
- Key driver for staff surveys and team member feedback for Top Golf with a focus on retention and attraction strategies.
- Work closely with the Top Golf Director of Operations and the People and Culture Manager to implement and drive a high-quality culture across the employee engagement lifecycle.

**Work Schedule**:
Top Golf’s peak times are in the evenings and on weekends. We are therefore seeking someone who is able to work three weekdays starting at 10:00am/10:30am through to 7:00pm, with a minimum of 1 Saturday per month.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in a similar Human Resources Generalist role
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Ability to manage end to end processes surrounding recruitment and onboarding
- Proven ability to conduct investigations into employee grievances and drive performance management programs
- Proven ability to interpret the AER Award and advise stakeholders accordingly
- Knowledge of SAP (HR Module) & Kronos (Time & Attendance), Dimensions and Recruitment software an advantage
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with stakeholders from all business areas.
