**The opportunity**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual looking to join a very busy People and Culture team. You will be responsible for managing all administration processes for the People & Culture Department at Movie World, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, as well as friendly and prompt service to all VRTP team members and external bodies. This is a unique opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes
**Your day to day**:
- Preparing and posting information as required from P&C on of our internal communication boards, such as noticeboards, Facebook posts, etc.
- Ensuring posters are kept up to date such as Benefits, discount offers etc.
- Stock levels - ensuring stationery cupboard has all supplies and replenishing any P&C forms
- Assisting the P&C team as required for any admin task necessary, including L&D, Recruitment and general P&C tasks.
- Finalising all payroll documents (Action forms, Exit forms, superannuation forms, TFN, Passport, Work Rights VEVO, police checks etc) including data entry into SAP to meet payroll deadlines whilst ensuring accuracy.
- Managing e-files and paper based filing for team members. Including setting up new e-files for starters (SAP), scanning paper files into E-Files (high volume)
- Manage and keep up to date the HRIS and LMS systems ensuring all data is current and compliant
- Assist with TMOTQ, TMOTY and YOS prize procurement and associated letters and certificates
- Assisting with admin reports to the business such as wages annual reviews, probation reviews and any other tracking of P&C related tasks.
- Procurement and registering of prizes for reward and recognition program and contra swaps
- Ordering stationery
- Raising purchase orders
- Coordinate and organise the annual file archiving process.
**What you'll bring**:
- Human Resources administration experience desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills
- Demonstrated discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders
- Previous experience in SAP and Page Up would be advantageous
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Comfortable with technology such as Facebook, Google Docs etc
