Support and Operations Officer

The purpose of this role is to manage small/medium IT projects, be a key liaison conduit between the Data Management Business Intelligence (DMBI) team and various stakeholders and support a team of highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developers. A critical function of the role is to ensure a high level of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction whilst ensuring projects are going to plan. The role also provides operational support for users across the Department to access and use data and reports provided through the ERBI Data Warehouse platform, Panorama, SharePoint and DataZone.
