**About the position**

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of the School’s payroll and related client services of the School and its staff.

**Key responsibilities**
- Managing the end to end processing of fortnightly payroll, fortnightly tax payments and monthly superannuation process and payments for full time, part time and casual staff
- Be the point of contact for Superannuation issues and queries including salary sacrifice
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations to ATO, Workcover, ABS and Services Australia
- Salary packaging with external provider
- Providing LSL and termination calculations.
- Advise HR on remuneration calculations, overtime and leave.
- Work closely with HR to ensure information contained is accurate and up to date.
- Provide relevant quarterly reconciliations and analyses to Manager, Business Services and Finance
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations

**As the successful applicant you will**:

- Have a current South Australian Working with Children Check.
- 5 years’ experience of payroll administration and processing.
- Experience with multiple payroll software packages
- Experience with Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to work effectively with a range of people including students, staff, parents and community.
