We currently have a fantastic permanent full-time opportunity for a Product Manager Macro Space to join our Macro Space team. The Product Manager - Macro Space is a newly created role that will be responsible for building out and enhancing strategic macro space capability across Woolworths and its adjacent businesses. This role is based in Sydney and is offering flexible work arrangements.

**About the Opportunity
**Reporting to the Senior Manager - Strategic Macro Space Initiatives, you will have an opportunity to help shape the Woolworths Group strategic macro space roadmap, focused on continuous improvement and the delivery of next generation tools and technology, in collaboration with cross-functional teams across Macro Space, MCV, WIQ, Format, IT, the Group Ranging community, and Commercial teams across the Group.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Co-design the strategic macro space roadmap, in collaboration with business owners and business units across the Woolworths Group
- Deliver a scalable, macro space capability tech stack to support Woolworths as well as group business's delivery strategic objectives across Space
- Work with business owners and stakeholders to prioritise and deliver enhancements, and build a community that is focused on continuous improvement across space (both tools and people capability)
- Adopt Agile principles and ways of working through collaboration with the wider Group Ranging community, jointly identifying opportunities and solving problems through tools and analytics
- Deliver value creation across the Group, in collaboration with Macro Space, Format, RSS, IT, MCV
- Deliver discovery and analysis as required, in support of solving targeted business problems or validating opportunities where capital investment is required
- Maintain a relentless focus on driving space optimisation

In this role, you will have an opportunity to position yourself as a strategic thought leader, demonstrate your influencing skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and demonstrate your ability to work cross-functionally to influence resources to support the delivery of the roadmap.

**About you
**You are a highly motivated person with extensive retail analytical experience, who is looking to accelerate your career in Retail, working with some of the best in the industry.

Delivering outstanding experiences for our internal teams, supplier partners, stores and customers you have product ownership & ranging experience which will enable you to drive fit for purpose business tools & outcomes.

You maintain a local market and global perspective on emerging technologies and trends, strive to maintain a competitive edge and pride yourself on your strong influencing and organisational skills which enable you to influence teams to drive and adopt innovation and commercial outcomes, balancing long & short-term value delivery.

Key skills, attributes and desirable experience includes:

- Experienced analytical and strategic professional, with previous product owner/manager experience advantageous
- Financial & commercial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise key areas of focus
- Fast-paced, effective decision making and highly organised
- Ability to think strategically and shape the vision and strategic deliverables for your area
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT jargon
