We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role of Principal Consultant for our Modern Run practice.
- This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, cultivating enduring relationships, optimizing the overall success of our managed services offerings, and contributing significantly to the commercial success of the business.
On a day to day, you'll be doing ?- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and partners through the execution and delivery of the customer strategy.-
- Effectively delivering on requirements, ensuring the agreed outcomes are achieved within determined timeframes.-
- Responsible for the leadership and management of client engagements within the commercial construct of the Statement of Work.-
- Empowering and supporting the delivery team to achieve engagement outcomes in line with Versent delivery processes and practices.-
- Establishing and leading an Agile delivery team in the Versent model.-
- Act as the first point of escalation during engagements, helping to resolve issues and risks; customer and leader feedback as well as the attainment of commercial milestones will be a key measure of success.-
- Leading a team of up to 10 including the direct people leadership, management, coaching, mentoring and supporting team members.-
- Creating a positive, goal-orientated culture where constructive feedback is encouraged, calculated risks are taken, and trust is fostered in line with Versent values.-
- Responsible for the day to day management of people, including timesheets, leave approvals and creating an operational cadence for the team.-
- Work with Directors and People & Culture team to effectively attract a skilled and diverse team through recruitment and development of team.- Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in a leadership role within a managed services environment, with a focus on AWS technologies (Azure would also be great but not essential).-
- Strong technical background and understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure.-
- Experience in managing large / enterprise contracts for the delivery of IT services.-
- Extensive experience in incident and issue management-
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Demonstrated ability to drive customer success and satisfaction.-
- Project management skills and experience in leading technical teams.-
- Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to business growth strategies.-
- AWS certifications are highly desirable.Our Culture
