Reception/leasing Consultant

With plenty of growth within our team, we are looking for someone that would like to grow into a potential property manager position.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- General administration duties
- Scheduling and conducting Open for Inspections for rentals
- Marketing properties for lease
- Office Marketing
- Liaising with landlords, tenants & tradespeople
- Maintain stationery stock levels
- Preparing settlement gifts and much more
To be considered for this role you will possess:
- An agents representative certificate
- Drivers licence and car
- Well groomed & professional presentation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Confident, friendly & happy manner
- Strong computer skills
- Reliable & punctual
- Great attention to detail
- Willingness to learn all areas of Property Management
- Energy & enthusiasm

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
