**The Position**:
Working as part of the Stata Management team you will be responsible for the following activities:

- Supporting the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
- Provision of required notices within legislation timeframes
- Contract co-ordination
- Managing maintenance and projects requests
- Preparing meeting agendas
- Attending and minuting meetings

This industry is highly compliance driven so if you enjoy detailed and deadline driven work this is the position for you. If you possess the following skills and experience don’t delay in applying;
- Prior administrative experience essential - this is not a junior position
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships across the portfolio of clients and key stakeholders
- Strong desire to build a career in the industry
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Highly systemised with strong follow through
