About the role

The Corporate Receptionist will provide three (3) Key Functions:
Role Functions

Effectively administer and coordinate the Corporate Services Reception area function as directed. The Corporate Receptionist will also be responsible for assisting the Learning and Development Department in any operational function as requested. Providing timely advice and administrative support to line managers.

Organisational Contributions

The Corporate Receptionist will actively contribute to the ongoing development of best-practice Corporate Services Administration frameworks; therefore the Corporate Receptionist will inherently possess an attention to detail when performing their role.

Contribute to the Development of a Flourishing Team

Support fellow staff in a team environment to build collegiality and a sense of belongingness within the team and ATSICHS family. Staff will actively participate in team activities and contribute to a flourishing workplace culture that promotes the ethos and values of ATSICHS Brisbane as a long standing Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.

Duties
- Responsible for coordinating the day-today operations of the Corporate Services reception area.
- Provide administration support to the Corporate Services Department.
- Commit to ongoing continuous quality improvement processes with annual reviews into the efficiency of the service provision.

- Base salary of $55,042 and is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience

**Skills and Experiences**:
Covid-19 Requirements
- Immunization history showing you have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine

**Essential**:
Minimum Certificate III in Business/Administration related field
Minimum one (1) years’ experience in similar Receptionist/Administration related role.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
A demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders societies and culture supported by an understanding of issues impacting upon health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work effectively under pressure, good keyboard skills, ability to maintain integrity with confidential and/or sensitive material
Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply
Yellow Card or eligible to apply
National Police Check

**Desirable, but not mandatory**:
Experience working within and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Organisation
