The position is perfectly suited for a law student of any year level.

We provide advocacy support to a wide variety of employee clients and represent them in the Fair Work Commission, and the Australian Human Rights Commission. The successful applicant does not need to have employment law experience and will be fully trained by experienced industrial relations consultants.

The successful applicant will:

- Be studying law with a solid academic transcript.
- Be determined and enthusiastic to work in industrial relations.
- Have the ability to think on their feet in a high pressured environment.
- Be responsible for preparing and lodging relevant paperwork with the FWC or AHRC.
- Interact with clients on a daily basis
- Attend mediations and conciliations and negotiate.

In return, the applicant will enjoy a flexible work from home arrangement, commissions incentives, client contact and regular attendance in various commissions undertaking advocacy work.

The position will be on a casual basis of 5-15+ hours per week.

Must be available for IMMEDIATE start.
