**Job title**: Junior Industrial Designer

**Type**: Permanent, full time

**Location**: Bayside, Melbourne (onsite)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Industrial Designer to join our clients organisation.Our client is a leading design and manufacturing agency specialising in retail visual merchandising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with experienced designers to contribute to the development of industrial and consumer products
- Assist in the creation of outstanding displays and POS materials for client brands
- Engage in 3D modelling, utilising software like Adobe Suite, and gaining exposure to rendering software such as Solidworks and DraftSight
- Work on diverse projects, exploring manufacturing materials
- Contribute to the print production process, broadening your skill set
- Joining senior designer to conduct job briefings with clients onsite and offsite
- Expect to travel when required for client meetings - It is essential that you have a valid driving license for this purpose

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree / qualification in Industrial Design (required).
- Understanding of 3D modelling
- Experienced user of Creative softwares such as Adobe Suite
- Industry experience is valued, whether it's in Manufacturing or the Display industry, or if you're transitioning from a marketing agency with expertise in managing diverse clients.
