Alstom has a new opportunity for a Talent Advisor, Onboarding that can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will provide the most important touchpoint for our new employees who are about to start their journey with the organisation. Your customer centric and hands on approach will see you champion the onboarding journey of our employees. Partnering closely with line managers and new employees, you will drive a world class onboarding experience through deploying Alstom’s onboarding strategy.

**Responsibilities of the Position**:

- Work closely with internal people managers during the onboarding period for new employees to ensure all steps in the onboarding plan are completed in a timely manner
- Set up the Onboarding platform for new employees, web enable content, tailor and continuously update content for localized requirements
- Drive the documentation development to support onboarding, including the preparation, maintenance and continuous improvement of user guides and operational checklists
- Navigate internal resources and get answers to employee questions, addressing issues end-to-end in a reasonable time
- Develop and implement programs to enhance enhancing the employee experience at onboarding, using various communication channels to drive engagement
- Assist with the postings on relevant social media, contributing to the Global Employer Branding strategy
- Prepare quarterly onboarding surveys, communicate the analyses and deploy the solutions with the stakeholders

**Requirements to succeed in the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Proven social media skills contributing to employer branding strategies
- High-level interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships, working with a virtual and geographically dispersed team
- Previous experience on projects in a HR role would be beneficial
- Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
