Service Victoria is the one place to go for government services. We deliver modern government services designed around people's needs. So far we've delivered more than a billion transactions, including for QR code check-ins, car registration payments, ambulance subscriptions, vouchers and cashbacks to help reduce the cost of living, and more.
Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Lead to help us keep all of our software development projects on task. In this position, you will take a big-picture approach to management and follow multiple projects from design to deployment. Your responsibilities will include drafting timelines, setting budgets, and delegating work to specific project managers. Your main concern is getting our products to market on time, all while maintaining compliance with quality and labor standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines
- Delegate tasks to project managers
- Oversee the design, testing, and deployment processes
- Intervene when development is behind schedule
- Ensure the process meets labor and quality standards
**Requirements**:
Significant relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience are essential.
Experience optimising the SDLC, agile delivery practices, and ITIL; industry-based accreditation is highly desirable.

- All staff must comply with the Code of Conduct for Victorian Public Sector Employees.
