**_Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead_**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for a Head of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and join one of the fastest growing local Salesforce partners in Australia and play a crucial role in driving the marketing cloud practice forward. In this role, you will lead a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud professionals and work closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:

- Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure the team’s success and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and innovation.

**Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strategy**:

- Develop and execute the overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy in alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and project management teams, to identify opportunities and drive the growth of the marketing cloud practice.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and functionalities, and assess their potential impact on client engagements.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives, marketing challenges, and opportunities.
- Lead client discovery sessions to gather requirements and develop tailored Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects to ensure client success and satisfaction.

**Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Design comprehensive and scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on client requirements, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and data analysts, to implement and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

**Thought Leadership and Innovation**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars, to enhance the company’s reputation as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience (5+ years) in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with the platform’s various modules and functionalities.
- Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud professionals in a consulting or agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and customer engagement practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
