**Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Manager**

CalibrX is the leading Salesforce recruitment agency in Australia, and we are proudly partnering with a leading Life Sciences company in Australia as they embark on a digital transformation within the business. They are replacing legacy and on-premise systems to go cloud-first and have chosen Salesforce as their preferred platform.

**The Role**

In this role you will be the Marketing Cloud champion and take ownership of Marketing Cloud for the entire organisation. You will work closely with the business to understand needs, design and develop business processes, set up journeys and campaigns, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet these needs within different business units.

This role would suit a consultant on the agency side looking to move in house, or a Marketing cloud Specialist ready to move take a leadership role.

**Responsibilities**
- 2+ years of marketing automation experience, focusing on strategic marketing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and broader Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with supplementary products such as MC Personalisation (Interaction Studio), MC Intelligence (Datorama) CDP, and API/REST API.
- Experience in data integration techniques linking Marketing Cloud with external systems like CRM platforms, data warehouses, and APIs.
- Proven track record in devising strategy, formulating requirements, and executing practical business solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- A perpetual learner who thrives on staying abreast of the latest Marketing Cloud trends and updates

**Experience**
- 2+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience setting up journeys and campaigns
- Hands on experience with HTML, CSS and AMPScript
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Experience setting up and streamlining processes
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certified
