Our client is a diverse organisation with high-risk operations. They have identified a number of key projects that require immediate focus, planning and delivery.

**About the role**

This contract assignment will see you reporting to and assisting the Safety Systems Manager, in the review and development of policies and procedures within the company-wide WHS Management System.
- Review and update procedures to streamline unnecessary complexity
- Ensure that policies and procedures are in line with legal and business requirements
- Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Support or lead ad hoc Safety projects as required

**About you**

You must have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience developing new and reviewing existing WHS management systems. You must have the ability to deliver projects within specified timeframes. You will have a high level of knowledge of safety legal requirements and as such hold relevant tertiary qualifications. You will have a contemporary approach to managing safety in a variety of workplaces.
