Our client is a successful Australian-owned entertainment business servicing a range of large clients As a company, they pride themselves on providing a close-knit friendly environment. This role is based in the office for 5 days but can offer flexible hours if you wish to start early & finish early

You will have the pleasure of working closely with an understanding and approachable MD.

**The Role**:
This is a standalone Bookkeeper & Office Administration role that will work closely with the MD. Using MYOB, your main duties will include:

- Managing the day-to-day accounting transactions
- Liaising with the external Accountant
- Reconciliation, preparation, and lodgement of monthly or quarterly business activity statements (BAS)
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment
- Managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments
- Credit control of overdue payments
- Processing monthly payroll for 8 staff and other related payroll tasks

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this Bookkeeper role you will have:

- Experience using MYOB
- Experience working in a similar autonomous Bookkeeper position
- Experience performing payroll tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
