**Base Salary from $126,452 Plus Super**

**About You**:
Your significant internal communication and engagement experience is vital to your success in this role. Your experience and capabilities will also include:

- Work in corporate communication in a large, politically complex environment
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach and willingness take on new projects with enthusiasm and passion

**About the role**:
As a Strategic Communications Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing communication strategies that promote our brand, projects and reputation. You will liaise closely with our senior leadership team and relevant stakeholders to drive integrated internal and external communication initiatives, manage issues, and uphold our reputation. In this varied and fast-paced role, you will also lead key internal engagement activities with the CEO and senior executives and help raise communication capabilities across the organisation through training and coaching.
