**What You Will Be Doing**
- This position will play a key role in identifying risk factors and developing initiatives to reduce the risk of psychological injuries in our workplace, as well as being responsible for the prioritisation and coordination of psychological safety programs.
- Educating and working with managers to implement psychological safety risk assessments and initiatives will be an important part of the role, identifying departmental psychosocial risk profiles and provide support and guidance in a tailored wellbeing approach.
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Safety Management System with a psychological safety perspective.

**What you will need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Qualifications, in Safety, Human Resources, Psychology or other related discipline
- An understanding of present Safety obligations in the State of Victoria specifically regarding Psychosocial safety
- Experience improving existing safety systems and incident response mechanisms to be simple and user friendly as well as legally compliant
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and meeting deadlines, including stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate effective discussion papers, business cases and other materials at all levels of an organisation
- The ability to collect and analyse data and evidence to inform decision making
- Competent in Microsoft suite and eagerness to learn new systems
- Recent experience in a similar complex organisation

The successful applicant will have excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills, experience working in a supportive team environment; and be able to demonstrate competency and commitment to customer service and client engagement.
