**About The Silent Partner**
The Silent Partner provides outsourced **Virtual Telephone Reception Services** to their clients across various industries, with a particular focus in allied health. That means we act as the First Point Of Contact Telephone Receptionist for our clients; which involves answering and processing their inbound phone calls for many different companies and then:
- taking messages,
- completing live transfer
- scheduling appointments
- answering FAQ and simple troubleshooting
- performing other task as per our clients requirements
**About The Role**
Due to the high demand for our services, we have a number of vacancies for highly competent and experienced people to join our team on a CASUAL basis as a Virtual Telephone Attendant. In this role, you will be required to work from your home office, connect remotely to our systems and receive/process inbound phone calls. We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST
**To be considered for this role**:
- You MUST be an experienced telephone receptionist
- You MUST have at least some medical receptionist experience
- You ABSOLUTELY MUST be confident and experienced at not only using a computer, but maintaining your network. You will be working from home and need to know how to manage your own computer.

**About You**
You will need to have an excellent phone manner. You will need to be an experienced receptionist and you need to be extremely comfortable talking to people on the phone. Experience in the medical field would be advantageous, but not critical. You will need to have a high attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and have excellent typing skills. You will need to have strong computer skills, provide your own computer and internet connection and have a quiet and productive working space.

**More About Your Activities**
- You will be working at home from your home office.
- You will receiving and processing a high volume of calls for lots of different companies.
- You will need to know a little bit about lots of different companies
- You will be required to stay up to date with client information.
- You will be required to take messages, transfer calls, schedule appointments into online calendars, complete online forms or follow other specific customer specific workflow requirements.
**About The Interview, Training and On-Boarding Process**
- All interviewing, training and on-boarding is done via Zoom.
- You will need to have your own Zoom account (a Free Zoom account is fine), have a camera and good quality audio setup.
- You will need to know how to use Zoom and be able to join all Zoom sessions without issue
**Start Date**
We are looking for someone to start immediately.
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $28.46 - $29.40 per hour
