We are recruiting an experienced sales administrator and bookkeeper to join our team part-time. As this is a key role, you must have past experience in residential sales administration and bookkeeping and will continually strive to give every effort to get the best results for both the company and the client.

- This position is part-time (at least 3 days per week with school hours negotiable)
Responsibilities include:
- Recording & processing financial transactions
- Preparation of financial reports & business activity statements
- Payroll support & processing
- Data entry into MYOB
- Business performance reporting
- Budgeting forecasts
- Contract processing
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Account reporting & reconciliation
- Filing & archiving
- CRM database input & management
- Sales administration as required
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Administration/Bookkeeper position ideally within the real estate/property industry
- MYOB Accounting Software experience
- Payroll and BAS experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional attitude
- A high level of initiative and integrity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Experience developing reports using MS Excel and other internal software
- Technically savvy and well versed in various computer systems with intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Accurate attention to recording relevant sales data
