Looking to get a foot in the door? An opportunity has arisen for an Junior Marketing Executive to join our fun, vibrant and at times crazy team

Working directly with our CEO, you will use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will help you excel at supporting and executing marketing, communication and sales activities across multiple channels. You will need to possess initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast pace

**Key responsibilities**
- Sourcing new business opportunities via outbound calls and LinkedIn Messages
- Responding to new business enquiries
- Assisting and supporting the CEO and Leadership team with developing growth strategies for the agency
- Researching new business trends and identifying key decision makers within organisations to establish contact with
- Support on Internal Events and Sponsorship Opportunities to drive new business opportunities
- Supporting our Managing Director & sales team including preparing proposals and developing sales collateral
- Assisting with the execution of brand marketing campaigns and activities
- Researching and creating dossiers on existing and prospective clients to help the Managing Director formulate business marketing strategies.
- Overall effectiveness in managing the various duties and projects that have been designated by McCorkell.
- Success in reaching designated targets. These targets are verbally set by the management of McCorkell and may change according to the campaign I am involved in.
- Managing campaigns and adding value to contracts.
- Collating information accurately and correctly reporting the outcome of projects. This includes maintaining accurate information in McCorkell’s platforms.
- Participating in Client meetings and preparation across all aspects of client projects.
- Manage all day to day budgeting aspects of designated projects.
- Participate in developing sales opportunities with prospects and current clients.
- Adhoc tasks and projects across the agency.
- Participate and prepare for internal meetings including note taking.
- Dairy management.
- Presentation creation

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications, ideally a Bachelor of Commerce.
- Demonstrable experience in B2B industry & marketing agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent.
- Experience in fast pace environments.
- Experience or education in Marketing is desired.
- Excellent planning and time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to make decisions & work autonomously.
