4 Aug 2023- Sydney, NSW, AULeading beverage company Lion Australia has created a stand-alone spirits division, Four Corners Global Spirits which combines Australia’s best gin business, Four Pillars Gin and Australia’s leading importer, marketer, and distributor of premium spirits, Vanguard Luxury Brands.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated **Trade Marketing Executive** to join our Four Corners team on a Permanent Full-Time basis

Our collective purpose is to develop & deliver brilliant drinks initiatives that influence shoppers and drinkers, whilst establishing strong partnerships with our customers.

Working in a larger trade marketing team of 7, and reporting to our Trade Marketing Leader, your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

- Managing and executing innovative and impactful trade marketing campaigns across the on and off premise channels
- Partner with brand and sales teams and assist with the implementation and communication of their initiatives, ensuring excellent brand experiences and execution.
- Collaborating with external agencies and suppliers to deliver Best in Class trade marketing activations
- Communicating effectively to coordinate activity across a diverse range of customers and markets whilst ensuring that the brand principles are upheld at all times
- Continuously developing and identifying process improvement opportunities

**About You**:

- You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- A positive and proactive mindset that embraces a collaborative culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
- You are able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working in hospitality or a strong knowledge of the drinks industry and its key players will be highly regarded
- Your love of the hospitality industry will be obvious, and you will be able to identify opportunities to build brand and understand the customer needs simultaneously
- Excellent project & time management skills and the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
